If you find a major manufacturer's published warranty
on Vinyl fencing that you feel will better protect your
investment than Country Estate's published warranty,
submit your request to us in writing along with a copy
of the competitor's warranty and we will warrant our
product using the competitor's warranty rather than
ours.
Nebraska Plastics, Inc.
warrants that it will provide the original consumer
purchaser of PVC Country Estate Fence, Deck, Railing
and Country Manor Garden Accessories with products that
are free from traditional maintenance and that these
products will not peel, flake, rust, blister or corrode,
when subject to normal and proper use. Further, Nebraska
Plastics, Inc. warrants that these products will not
require painting, replacement, or traditional maintenance,
nor will they exhibit abnormal weathering, abnormal
discoloration, become brittle or be damaged by insects. |
